Our Three Step Process To Meeting Your Needs:

1. Form: Complete a patient Contact Form to begin the scheduling process. Once the contact form is complete, we will call you to discuss scheduling options. 

2. Assessment: 60 – 90-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with parent or legal guardian and patient. A provider will evaluate the patient's current symptomatology, make an assessment, and offer a personalized treatment plan.

3. Follow Up: 30 minutes appointment. Your provider will monitor your response to treatment and adjust as needed.
